Whippany Park High School

Whippany Park High School offers over 25 Advanced Placement (AP) courses. AP are rigorous, college-level classes that high school students can take for an academic challenge and the opportunity to earn college credit. Every May, students take standardized AP exams graded on a scale of 1 to 5. A score of 3 or higher is generally considered passing and accepted by colleges nationwide. In 2026, Whippany Park High 200 students collectively took 485 AP exams. While 95% of the students scored a 3 or higher on at least one exam, 50 students were named AP Scholars with Distinction, 27 were named AP Scholars with Honor, 30 were name AP Scholars, and 9 students earned the AP Capstone Diploma! We are incredibly proud of our students and the staff for achieving such remarkable success on college level courses and exams!
